➤ Work closely with employees and build valuable and strong relationships with them.
➤ Serve as the focal point for all office operations, including all administrative responsibilities such as:
Taking care of the office maintenance, supplies, equipment, groceries, etc'.
Business Travel (book flights, hotels, meetings, expenses, etc').
➤ Help manage, participate and implement the HR and Finance operations tasks.
➤ Support overall HR Processes like onboarding/offboarding, exploring new benefits, execute welfare events, etc'.
➤ Great vibes, agile, proactive, and a can-do approach – MUST
➤ Excellent communication skills
➤ Fluent English level (written and spoken)
➤ Experience in similar operations positions – Advantage
➤ Experience with hiring and/or sourcing for Tech positions – Advantage
➤ Experience with HR systems, or Comp & Ben - Big advantage
