The People & Operations Specialist will work closely with our CEO. She/he will have the responsibility of crafting the company’s DNA as the company grows, help recruiting new talents, manage the everyday office operation as well as plan and execute company events. She/he will be the heart and the face of the company!

➤ Manage the full cycle of the HR operation processes.
➤ Work closely with employees and build valuable and strong relationships with them.
➤ Manage the recruitment process, while creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents while creating a great experience for each candidate.
➤ Manage the employee experience and reviews processes.
➤ Serve as the point of contact for all office operations.
➤ Participate in all HR / Legal operations.

➤ Fluent English level (written and spoken)
➤ Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
➤ Experience in similar operations positions – advantage

➤ Experience with HR systems, or Comp & Ben - big advantage
