Account Executive (AE)

Remote - usa is looking for an Account Executive with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our growing Sales team and get a chance to play a critical role!

You will be responsible for ongoing business relationships with our clients, resolve customer questions, perform demos and offer solutions to drive our company growth. 


  • Work closely with our Sales Development team and Marketing to qualify and develop sales opportunities
  • Manage the sales cycle from the demo onwards - proposals, negotiation, legal and other deliverables including handoff to the CSM
  • Schedule, present and sell company products and services to new prospects and existing clients
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and quota attainment
  • Resolve customer inquiries and uncover key business needs and problems
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments


  • 3+ years experience working as an Account Executive at a SaaS company
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive and excited to work in a start-up
  • Proven experience in up-sell and cross-sell deals
